Job Description:
- Overseeing the daily operations of F & B department.
- Developing different varieties of food menus.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor the Facilities operations like HK, Pantry and mail room services.
- Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams.
- Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property.
- Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
- Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in Banqueting & Food court.
- Space & Access Management: Optimize space utilization, manage moves, maintain records, and handle upgrades.
- Coordination with professionals for repairs to the building, equipment, or machinery
- Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter.
- Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
- Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
- Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit - furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and closing identified observation & NC's within specified SLA s.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
- BSc Hotel Management
- MS Office 365
- 5 years experience in 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively with colleagues volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize the task and meet deadlines.
