Job Description

Job Title: Associate Manager

Industry: Administration (in Information Technology company)

Experience Required: 6-8 years with hotel management background in facility services (Food & Beverage )

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Shollinganallur, Chennai

Job Description:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of F & B department.
  • Developing different varieties of food menus.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor the Facilities operations like HK, Pantry and mail room services.
  • Overseeing the cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams.
  • Instructing team members on the best practices to maintain the property.
  • Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
  • Ensuring coherent availability and utilization of resources in Banqueting & Food court.
  • Space & Access Management: Optimize space utilization, manage moves, maintain records, and handle upgrades.
  • Coordination with professionals for repairs to the building, equipment, or machinery
  • Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter.
  • Ensuring the property meets local and industry-specific safety guidelines
  • Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
  • Audit management: Internal & external facilities audit, engagement audit - furnishing / providing required artifacts and documents and closing identified observation & NC's within specified SLA s.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • BSc Hotel Management
  • MS Office 365
  • 5 years experience in 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively with colleagues volunteers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize the task and meet deadlines.
