Role and Responsibilities
The role involves below deliverables:
- Managing New Employee Onboarding and Induction
- Working on Oracle Fusion HRMS System
- Employee Relations and day-to-day Engagement Activities
- Working on Process/ Policy Documentation
- Managing Employee Performance
- Managing Employee Documentation
- Working on Organizational Events Planning/ Execution Etc.
Must Have Skills
- Candidate must have excellent English Verbal and Writing Skills
- Candidate must have prior experience of working on any HCM Eg: Workday, Success Factors, Oracle Fusion Etc.
Preferred Skills
- Candidates who have knowledge/ work exposure on HR Compliances will be preferred
- Candidates knowing and having experience in Oracle Fusion will be preferred
