Role and Responsibilities

The role involves below deliverables:

  • Managing New Employee Onboarding and Induction
  • Working on Oracle Fusion HRMS System
  • Employee Relations and day-to-day Engagement Activities
  • Working on Process/ Policy Documentation
  • Managing Employee Performance
  • Managing Employee Documentation
  • Working on Organizational Events Planning/ Execution Etc.

Must Have Skills

  • Candidate must have excellent English Verbal and Writing Skills
  • Candidate must have prior experience of working on any HCM Eg: Workday, Success Factors, Oracle Fusion Etc.

Preferred Skills

  • Candidates who have knowledge/ work exposure on HR Compliances will be preferred
  • Candidates knowing and having experience in Oracle Fusion will be preferred
