Position: Associate Manager Human Resources

Position Reports to: Senior Manager Human Resources

Department: Human Resources

Location: Jigani, Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Identifying the manpower requirement, sourcing, interview and selection of the Candidates.
• Candidate background verification.
• Issue of Appointment Letter, Joining formalities and complete induction.
• Learning & development (Employee Development).
• Training needs identification
• Preparation of training calendar and follow-up.
• Design of training content.
• Training coordination with HODs and with concerned employees
• Coordination with external training for training.
• Training documentation maintain
• Performance Management System
• Probation evaluation and confirmation of employees
• Fixing of KRAs / KPIs in discussion with HODs and Employees
• Performance review
• Compensation management and proposal based on performance and market study.
• PMS documentation.
• Employee Engagement.
• Celebrations of Staff birthday.
• Coordinating and organizing the function / meetings.
• New initiatives if any.
• Knowledge on POSH.
• HR general administrations.
• Ability to achieve respective HR KPIs as per the targets.
• Procedure prepare and review as per the ISO requirements or Legal requirements.
• Reporting of EHS activities /concerns /incidents /near miss and accidents.
• Ensure no injuries at workplace.
• Reporting of EHS activities /concerns /incidents /near miss and accidents
• To ensure that ERP system is properly followed in the department in a timely manner and to ensure data accuracy
• Comply with and monitor work practices are according to Lifestyles values and Ethical Business Conduct Policy.
• Handling of Internal and External Audits. Ensure Good documentation practice.
• Awareness of QMS, ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820, ISO 14001 standard Requirements.
• Experience in Manufacturing site is must
• Minimum Experience 5 years plus.
