Job Description

MBA/PGDM in HR.
7-12 years of HR experience, at least 23 years in Compensation & Benefits.
Experience in managing HR operations in a mid to large-scale(2-5K Employees) organization with global exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR Operations/Shared services, onboarding, BGV, C&B, Benchmarking, HR Statutory, Payroll, HR Audits and Exit.
Hands-on experience with HR operations and ticketing systems.
Benchmarking Policies, Policy Formulation and Policy roll out using HR Systems
Proficiency in HRMS systems - preferably Darwinbox / ZingHR / ZoHO.
Help driving organization wide benefits Medical Insurance related and system implementation driving enrolment and participation
Strong knowledge of HR Processes Onboarding to Separation, Employee Leave and Lifecycle processes, BGV Process implementation
Ability to work in a global HR operations environment APAC.
Good in analytical, problem-solving, and HR data interpretation skills. Good in Excel, Power BI.
Strong at stakeholder management to solve business challenges
Excellent stakeholder management, communication(Good oral communication and written skills), and interpersonal skills.
