To make this possible, we partner closely with governments to strengthen the foundations on which public services run. Our core approach is offering the DIGIT platform - a Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) - that helps create shared, reusable digital systems that enable governments to plan, deliver, and monitor public services at scale. DPI is not about a single application or program; it is about creating common rails that many services, departments, and partners can use over time.
But public services do not improve solely through technology. We work with governments on strategy, institutional design, and implementation, and we help build ecosystems of partners that can deliver together. By aligning policy, processes, people, financing, and digital systems, we support the state to turn intent into services that work on the ground.
Across India, Africa, and other emerging economies, we help governments move from fragmented, project-led digitisation to durable public infrastructure that belongs to the state and quietly improves public services day after day. When this works well, citizens may never see the systems behind it—but they feel the difference in how services show up in their lives.
We currently work in 10 countries, and more than 1 billion people and hundreds of sectoral public services systems have been built on DIGIT.
