About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Growth professional to work on partnerships, campaigns, and new initiatives aimed at expanding INDmoney's trader ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role that involves working closely with senior leadership across Growth, Product, Content, and Marketing.
You will own growth channels end-to-end — from identifying the right partners, creators, and agencies, to strategising campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and taking them live. The ideal candidate combines strong partnership and campaign management skills with a genuine understanding of trading and financial markets, so they can evaluate opportunities credibly and design initiatives that convert audiences into active users.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnerships & Agency Collaboration
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard growth partners — agencies, creators, communities, and platforms relevant to trading and investing audiences
- Co-develop campaign strategies with partners and agencies: audience targeting, content formats, partner mix, and launch calendars
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines; own end-to-end execution from planning to go-live and post-campaign follow-ups
- Monitor partner performance and create periodic review decks with optimization recommendations
2. Creator & Content Collaborations
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of finance creators and content partners across YouTube, Instagram, X, and Telegram
- Brief partners on campaign objectives, product positioning, and compliance guardrails; review content before it goes live
- Track creator ecosystem trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats in the fintech/broking space
- Ensure all collaborations adhere to SEBI advertising guidelines and internal compliance requirements
3. Offline Events & Community
- Identify relevant industry events, trading meetups, and representation opportunities; manage end-to-end execution (planning, coordination, follow-ups)
- Conceptualise and run INDmoney-led offline initiatives — trader meetups, workshops, and community events
- Prepare event briefs, decks, and post-event impact reports
- Build and engage trader and investor communities; act as a bridge between users and internal teams
4. Growth Strategy & Analysis
- Design initiatives targeted at acquiring and activating traders and investors — from awareness to account opening to first transaction
- Work with Product and Growth teams to build tracking, attribution, and conversion funnels for partner-driven traffic
- Analyse performance (CAC, activation rates, engagement of acquired users) and iterate on partner selection and messaging
- Research and evaluate new growth avenues; convert insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Brand/Agency roles, or Marketing — fintech/broking experience is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience working with agencies, creators, or external partners: sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and campaign management
- Strong understanding of trading, investing, and Indian financial markets — personal trading experience is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable negotiating with agencies and senior external stakeholders
- Experience planning or executing offline events is a plus
- Strong analytical skills — ability to evaluate campaign ROI, track acquisition metrics, and build data-backed review decks
- Strong PPT creation skills (structured thinking, storytelling, visual clarity)
- Highly proactive, structured, and execution-focused mindset; ability to manage multiple initiatives and partners simultaneously
- Basic SQL skills are a plus
