Job Description

Overview

Responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned creative assets across digital and print platforms. This role supports marketing and business objectives by developing high-quality designs that effectively convey key messages to target audiences in APAC sector.

To collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver creative materials including digital campaigns, social media assets, e-commerce creatives, packaging, and other marketing collateral.

The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in relevant design tools.


Responsibilities

Creative Design Delivery Across Functions

  • Develop and deliver high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including social media, e-commerce, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral
  • Translate briefs, data, and business objectives into clear, compelling, accurate, and visually engaging creative solutions
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints
  • Simplify complex messages through effective visual storytelling, layouts, typography, and imagery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas within agreed timelines

Line Manager Reporting

  • Work closely with the line manager to understand priorities, manage workload, and align on delivery expectations
  • Proactively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of creative output
  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and potential risks

Process Management

  • Follow established creative workflows, quality standards, and version control processes
  • Contribute to improving project planning, workflow efficiency, quality checks, and execution standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of error-free final assets ready for publishing or production

Capability Development

  • Continuously enhance design skills, technical proficiency, and knowledge of emerging trends and tools
  • Build strong understanding of business objectives, brands, audience needs, and stakeholder expectations
  • Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives within the team
