To becomemore capable, agile, andefficientafundamental change inthe way we do FOBO Financial Planningisrequired, which will beaddressedbyestablishingtheFOBO Planning Central (FPC).
FPC evolves the GBS approach,pivoting from a geography focus to a process focus, and allows BUs to concentrate their attention on the Bottlers.Planning services will be provided bysingleteam,based in HBS,led by asingle leader to serve FOBOglobally. The central planning team will beorganized aroundkey processes under3 rolesto drive efficiency and standardization:
1)Navigators:Single point of contact for the BU, responsible for overall planning and analysis activities
2)Integrators:Works with Navigator to support business closing activities, reporting & planning
3)Ecosystem Admin:Owns TM1 data quality and overall system administration
