Overview
Supply Chain Finance Analyst is responsible for built and support supply chain finance planning and analytical activities for Snacks category, includes the financial planning and analytics of COGS and Make costs as well as Make Productivity tracking.
Supply Chain Finance Analyst will support the Market Unit Supply Chain Finance Leaders to control and navigate supply chain COGS. By preparing insightful reports and presentations, as well carrying out performance analysis, support decision making and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Providing monthly reports and variance analysis for snacks businesses
- Preparing and distributing management reports for actual and forecasted costs to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare Forecasts during all Financial cycles including Cause-of-Change analysis explaining drivers of deviations vs. actual results.
- Finance partner Supply Chain managers to support sourcing strategies and productivity programs.
- Subject matter expert to provide insightful analytics and recommendations to Supply Chain teams to drive business decisions
- Identify areas for harmonization and improvement across MUs in Supply Chain Finance area
- Participate in yearly AOP process by calculation of direct and fixed costs and running system flows necessary to cash up future year costs.
- Coordinating the calculation and communication of transfer prices for the export and import products

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant/ CMA Finance background in FP&A or Supply Chain Finance in a multinational company (min. 5 years)
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced Excel user is a must.
- Good commercial / strategic / analytical skills and understanding of business drivers; analysis of P&L
- Able to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines, while at the same time displaying attention to detail. Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to deal with unstructured problems in the complex matrix organization
- Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and with a virtual team
