Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned business units.
  • Partner with Business Unit leads and Finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Provide timely analytical support, including financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and cause-of-change investigations.
  • Support cost management, capital planning, and asset strategy initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize, standardize, and automate financial processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems, including SAP, Essbase, and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and present insights to senior management to support strategic business decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
