Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned business units.
Partner with Business Unit leads and Finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with corporate objectives.
Provide timely analytical support, including financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and cause-of-change investigations.
Support cost management, capital planning, and asset strategy initiatives.
Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize, standardize, and automate financial processes.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems, including SAP, Essbase, and reporting tools.
Prepare and present insights to senior management to support strategic business decisions.
Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
