Overview of the job role

This role is to manage Away From Home (AFH) Beverages and closely works with sector finance and sales teams having good ownership skills, attention to details, and technicals skills like power BI and advanced excel


Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial reporting on a weekly, periodic, and quarterly basis including P&L preparation.
  • Manage Ad hoc reporting as and when requested.
  • Prepare in of weekly results deck along with commentary and periodic review deck.
  • Provide support to make AOP in PPM models using roll ups.
  • Provide forecast support by creation of forecast forms and roll up.
  • Manage transition from cockpit 2.0 to 3.0 from Jan 2026 expected.
  • Adhoc project: Data warehouse, reporting enhancement via dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Graduation with end-to-end FP&A experience.
  • CA with 4 years or MBA Finance with 6+ years of exp is preferred.
  • Hands on experience in Power BI and advance excel.
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative.
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented organized in approach and in document maintenance.
  • Ability to function well in a team environment.
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
