Associate Manager - Finance D2C Team

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Finance will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of ITC's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business for its Personal Care portfolio, including brands such as Fiama, Engage, and Dermafique. This role involves ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis, and compliance, while contributing to the profitability and growth of the D2C vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare and monitor budgets for the D2C business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct variance analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Generate insights through financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Revenue Management
• Track revenue performance across e-commerce platforms and the D2C website.
• Optimize pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Support promotional campaigns by assessing their financial implications and ROI.
• Cost Control
• Analyze operational costs, including logistics, warehousing, and marketing expenditures, to identify areas of optimization.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to minimize costs without compromising service levels.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory compliance standards for all D2C operations.
• Mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls and audit processes.
• Technology & Process Improvement
• Leverage digital tools and financial software to streamline reporting and analytics.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in finance, with a preference for exposure to e-commerce or D2C businesses.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools.
