Job Description

The Associate Manager Finance (C&B) will lead Compensation & Benefits transformation projects across all PepsiCo Europe sectors. This role focuses on delivering process improvements, cost efficiencies, and implementing the harmonized Global C&B Gold Standard processes. The position will manage the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and change management support.

Responsibilities:

  • C&B Transformation Management: Lead end-to-end Compensation & Benefits transformation projects across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost efficiencies, and standardization across C&B operations.
  • Project Planning & Deployment: Develop project plans, track milestones, coordinate resources, and ensure timely deployment of C&B transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Support business partners in adopting new C&B processes and systems, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leadership to ensure smooth implementation of transformation projects.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to global C&B standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while driving standardization across processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Finance, or transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with C&B systems, HR processes, and global standards.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
