Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function , including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates on financial performance to department heads and other stakeholders
- Support the development of financial strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis to increase efficiency and accuracy
What We Are Looking For:
- CMA/CA INTER
- 3-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders
