Associate Manager - Digital Marketing & Content

Role Overview

Support the marketing manager with content writing, graphic design, website updates, social media, and daily marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

● Create written and visual content for social media, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.

● Develop creative content for other marketing and promotional activities.

● Manage social media posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.

● Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

● Update and maintain website content.

● Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and coordination.

Skills Required

● Good writing and communication skills

● Content writing and copywriting

● Canva and graphic design

● Social media management

● Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for content creation and research

● Website CMS knowledge (added advantage)

● Email and WhatsApp marketing (added advantage)

Who We're Looking For

● Someone who enjoys both writing and designing.

● Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in travel, hospitality, and lifestyle content.

● Able to understand a brief and turn it into good content and designs.

● Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

● Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

● Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance work.

A portfolio or samples of writing and design work would be preferred.
