VWO is looking for an Associate Demand Generation Manager to accelerate our growth engine. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch demand creation programs using inbound and outbound tactics with the goal of driving qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, creative, and execution-focused a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and sees them through with precision.
What You Will Do
- Monitor evolving business needs, market trends, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Own content-led demand generation initiatives including webinars, ebooks, virtual events, reports, and more
- Build and manage long-term demand generation roadmaps (3/6/12 months) with clear goals and deliverables
- Plan, design, and launch campaigns tailored to ICP, stage, and intent signals
- Partner cross-functionally with product, content, design, growth, and sales to execute campaigns end-to-end
- Track and manage campaign analytics, derive insights, and report performance transparently
- Experiment with and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, automation, and scale
- Continuously optimize programs for conversion, lead quality, and pipeline performance
Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with exposure to demand generation or lifecycle growth
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel, buyer journey, and MQLSQLPipeline motion
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
- Strong analytical capability with comfort in diving deep into data and insights
- Excellent communication written documentation is key in a remote-first setup
- Fast learner with a technical and tool-friendly mindset
- A good collaborator and listener with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable with experimentation and ambiguity
