Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Manager - Current Accounts, located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The role involves managing and growing the portfolio of current accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include acquiring new current account customers, maintaining existing relationships, monitoring account performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines. The Associate Manager will collaborate with different business units to optimize services, address client needs, and achieve targets while adhering to the bank's ethical and customer-centric principles.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales, account acquisition, and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, especially current accounts, cash management, and other related financial services
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Experience in compliance and adherence to internal controls, banking regulations, and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced certifications in banking and finance will be an advantage
  • Drive for achieving targets and providing customer-centric solutions, with a commitment to ethical practices
  • Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and tools would be considered beneficial
