Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Prepare detailed L2, L3, and L4 schedules covering all project phases.
- Establish project baselines and milestone tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and targets.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify schedule deviations.
- Track engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning progress.
- Generate weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Support implementation of project control systems and procedures.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with project teams for resource loading and planning.
- Analyze productivity trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support preparation of resource deployment forecasts.
- Consolidate progress data from various project disciplines.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track physical progress and project milestone achievement.
- Support project forecasting and completion estimates.
- Maintain project databases and reporting systems.
- Identify project risks affecting schedule and project performance.
- Support development of mitigation and recovery plans.
- Assist in delay analysis and schedule impact assessments.
- Maintain project risk registers and monitor mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Participate in project review meetings and planning discussions.
- Ensure accurate project data collection and reporting.
- Support management review processes and project governance activities.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
