Responsibilities:
This role leads execution across iTeach s communications function, including digital presence, brand consistency, storytelling, and key external communications. The Associate Manager will manage team members and collaborate closely with leadership.
Brand and Strategy
- Build and execute an annual communications plan aligned with organisational goals, including research around best practices for public relations, content design and outreach.
- Maintain and evolve the iTeach brand identity, including tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
- Lead all external branding brand guidebook, templates, and collateral standards.
- Ensure powerful, strategic storytelling to support fundraising, recruitment, volunteering, and partnerships.
Digital Presence & Content Management
- Own iTeach s website (content updates, maintenance, SEO).
- Lead social media strategy and execution across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Build a data-driven content calendar with monthly targets and themes.
- Drive analytics-based improvements for reach, engagement and conversions.
- Lead digital marketing: Google Ads, analytics, basic SEM.
- Create partnerships for PR with Media houses, influencers, etc.
Content Creation & Multimedia
- Oversee production of high-quality videos (e.g., annual org video, student stories, program explainers).
- Lead design and production of internal/external collaterals decks, reports, brochures, banners, newsletters.
People & Project Management
- Manage a small communications team of 1-2 members.
- Guide workflow, review content, and ensure timely, consistent execution.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with all verticals.
Prerequisites
- Required: Bachelor s degree with strong performance.
- Required: 3+ years of relevant experience in communications, branding, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, content creation, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to independently drive outcomes.
