Job Description

Acquire Current and Savings Accounts within the assigned segment and geography
Generate leads and references from the specified catchment area
Ensure high-quality sourcing with the right product and segment mix
Conduct on-ground activities to acquire quality and HNI customers
Support catchment mapping and branch scoping activities
Activate customers on digital banking platforms and encourage digital adoption
Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, POS machines, and merchant acquiring solutions
Work on central sales initiatives and drive referral-based acquisition
Maintain strong visibility in the local market to enhance brand presence
Ensure strict adherence to sales compliance, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
Provide regular feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer insights and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
