Role Overview:
- Own the collation, preparation, and delivery of the Monthly Business MIS, including performance commentary.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all reports on a continuous basis.
- Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset by independently managing deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and simplification in reporting workflows; identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring reports.
- Partner closely with Business Finance and Regional Teams to align numbers, validate assumptions, and support decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, including deep-dives on growth, unit economics, margins, and operational KPIs.
Qualification Requirements:
- CA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)
- 1–2 years post-qualification experience
Preferred Background:
- Articleship or prior experience with Big 6 firms in Financial Due Diligence / Business Consulting
- Prior exposure to business reporting, MIS, analytics, or financial analysis is a strong plus
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel proficiency (must-have): complex formulas, scenario analysis, and large dataset handling experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
