About ChiStats

ChiStats is an award-winning, AI-native engineering company focused on building practical AI, data, and cloud-enabled solutions for financial services and other mission-critical industries. We are actively building our Wealth Management and Compliance technology portfolio, including ComplianceAssist — an AI-enabled compliance product initially designed for AMCs regulated by SEBI, with identified potential to extend to AIFs and PMS firms.

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, structured, and commercially aware professional to support ChiStats AWS partnership and co-sell motion. The core objective of this role is to help ChiStats convert its AWS partnership into structured co-sell activity, qualified BFSI / Wealth Management opportunities, funded PoCs, and marketplace-led growth.

We are still early in our AWS alliance journey. This means the role is not only about managing partner portals or updating trackers. It is about helping ChiStats build a repeatable AWS-led and AWS-influenced growth motion for our Wealth Management and Financial Services offerings.

You will work closely with internal sales, engineering, product, and leadership teams, while coordinating with the AWS ecosystem. You will also be paired with a senior alliance mentor who will help you understand AWS Partner Central, ACE, Marketplace, funding programs, and co-sell mechanics.

This is a strong opportunity for someone from wealthtech, fintech, BFSI technology, partner operations, inside sales, or technology account coordination to build a career in hyperscaler alliances and enterprise co-selling.

What You Will Own

  • Keep ChiStats AWS partnership operating rhythm active, accurate, and outcome-oriented.
  • Help translate AWS partner activity into real business movement: field connects, customer conversations, funded PoCs, marketplace opportunities, and co-sell pipeline.
  • Support ChiStats Wealth Management and ComplianceAssist positioning within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Create discipline around follow-ups, trackers, opportunity hygiene, and leadership visibility.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. AWS Partnership Operations & ACE Management
· Maintain ChiStats AWS Partner Central presence and ensure our solutions, competencies, opportunities, and co-sell motions are accurately represented and actively managed.
· Own ACE opportunity hygiene and follow-through: logging, tracking, updating, and coordinating internal actions so AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced opportunities move forward.
· Monitor internal CRM / tracker data and ensure alignment with AWS records.
· Support ChiStats progress toward AWS Financial Services Competency and other relevant partner milestones.
· Maintain a weekly AWS alliance tracker for leadership review.
2. BFSI / Wealth Management Co-Selling & Sales Enablement
· Act as the internal coordination point for AWS-related sales support across Financial Services and Wealth Management opportunities.
· Coordinate touchpoints between ChiStats sales / leadership teams and AWS Financial Services, Wealthtech, or relevant field teams.
· Help map ChiStats offerings, including ComplianceAssist and Wealth Management solutions, to relevant AWS themes such as compliancemodernization, secure cloud adoption, data platforms, AI enablement, and operational efficiency.
· Support creation of co-sell collateral, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and meeting notes that help AWS teams understand where ChiStats can add value.
· Track follow-ups from AWS meetings and ensure internal owners move them forward.
3. Program Execution, Marketplace & Marketing Support
· Identify, apply for, and track AWS funding programs such as MDF, Sandbox, Partner Opportunity Funds, or PoC-related programs where relevant.
· Support operational lifecycle of ChiStats offerings on AWS Marketplace, including listing updates and coordination for private offers when required.
· Coordinate joint webinars, roundtables, field campaigns, or targeted sessions for Wealth Managers, CIOs, Compliance Leaders, Risk Officers, and technology buyers.
· Work with internal teams to convert alliance campaigns into measurable leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
4. Team Enablement, Certification Tracking & Governance
· Track AWS technical certifications and business credentials across engineering, sales, and delivery teams.
· Coordinate internal training nudges, documentation, and readiness material so ChiStats can strengthen its AWS partner posture.
· Help maintain basic governance around alliance documentation, meeting notes, opportunity status, and leadership dashboards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves
· 2–4 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, inside sales, technology account management, alliances, or project/program coordination within a technology environment.
· Exposure to BFSI, fintech, wealthtech, SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology, or financial-services software.
· Good written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize operational data and next steps clearly for internal leaders.

· High ownership mindset: comfortable operating in an early-stage, evolving alliance motion where processes are being built while execution is happening.
· Ability to work across sales, engineering, product, and external partner teams without waiting for perfect structure.
Preferred / Trainable
· Familiarity with wealth management terms such as AUM, portfolio analytics, due diligence, compliance workflows, and financial regulatory context such as SEBI, RBI, or SEC.
· Prior exposure to AWS Partner Central, ACE, AWS Marketplace, or hyperscaler partner programs.
· AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or willingness to complete the certification within the first 30–45 days of joining.
· Experience supporting co-sell motions, partner-led campaigns, funded PoCs, or enterprise sales enablement.
Success in the First 90 Days

· Build and maintain an accurate AWS ACE pipeline and weekly alliance tracker.
· Coordinate at least 5–10 meaningful AWS field / partner touchpoints with internal ChiStats stakeholders.
· Create or improve reusable AWS co-sell collateral for ComplianceAssist and ChiStats Wealth Management offerings.
· Support at least one AWS funding, marketplace, or competency-related initiative.
· Establish a simple review rhythm for AWS opportunities, follow-ups, and leadership visibility.
· Demonstrate clear understanding of ChiStats BFSI / Wealth Management positioning and how AWS can support market access.
