We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager - Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition efforts for our Consumer Acquisition and Home Health division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer acquisition strategies and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive customer growth for the CA/HH division
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute acquisition campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of acquisition efforts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition or related role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
