Job Title: Associate Manager - Acquisition (CA/HH)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager - Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition efforts for our Consumer Acquisition and Home Health division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer acquisition strategies and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive customer growth for the CA/HH division
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute acquisition campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of acquisition efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition or related role
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
