GM Corporate Solutions is a professional advisory firm founded by an alumnus of a Big 4 accounting firm. The firm specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory, serving clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions across diverse sectors.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Associate – M&A and Transaction Advisory.This role is centered on the end-to-end M&A and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for driving business development, managing investor relations, and executing transactions from start to finish.This role involves supporting and leading deal execution across domestic and cross-border transactions

Core Competencies Required:

Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).

  • Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects
  • Investor Relations: Should be able to engage with PE/VC funds, Family Offices, and corporate investors.
  • Deal Management: Capability to handle both sell-side and buy-side mandates, from lead generation to final deal closure.

Skill Set:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar profile (consulting firms/transaction advisory).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, independent project management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Should be able to identify and connect with relevant investors, PEs, VCs, Strategic and Family Offices for ongoing transactions.
