Associate M&A and Fund Raise

This job description is for a Associate – M&A and Fund Raise position based in Noida, for professionals with 3–4 years of experience in transaction advisory.

Role Overview

This role is centered on the end-to-end M&A and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for driving business development, managing investor relations, and executing transactions from start to finish.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar profile (consulting firms/transaction advisory).

Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, BBA, CFA, or equivalent.

Core Competencies Required:

• Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).
• Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects
• Investor Relations: Should be able to engage with PE/VC funds, Family Offices, and corporate investors.
• Deal Management: Capability to handle both sell-side and buy-side mandates, from lead generation to final deal closure.
• Skill Set: Strong analytical capabilities, independent project management, and excellent communication skills.

Employment Details

• Office Location: 1503, Tower C, ATS Bouquet, Sector 132, Noida – 201301.
• Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Compensation: Fixed salary based on prior experience and skill sets plus performance-based incentive. The firm expresses a strong preference for candidates motivated by performance-driven incentives.
