Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title:Associate-Loan Operations

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Operations

Job Purpose:The role entails analysing and execution of WB Loan Operations. Incumbent is accountable to ensure Efficient and Accurate processing of transactions and delivery of high quality customer service ensuring all processes are adhered as per the documented processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

# End-to-end management of Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL) & Short Term Loans (STL) lifecycle from disbursal to repayment

# Ensure accurate Drawing Power calculation

# Responsible for ensuring quick turn-around time and error-free processing of transactions

# Candidate needs to ensure the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory guidelines

# Ensure best-in class customer service in providing general banking support to clients.

# Assist in automations and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

# Develop and implement risk management , Change Management, Technology adoption, leading to operational excellence

# Implement and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enforce compliance with SOPs

Secondary Responsibilities

Works towards achieving Organisations goals / objectives and shows urgency in fast paced environment

MIS & Reporting

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Experience: 2-5 Years experience in Banking & Finance
