Associate - Liability Management

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented candidate to handle documentation for credit facilities with banks & financial institutions i.e. collection & analysis of data for providing to lenders, vetting of documents for applicable covenants & monitoring the compliance to covenants set by lenders i.e. financial institutions & banks, documentation related to issuance, redemptions and related covenants pertaining to treasury products like Commercial Papers (CPs), Non-Convertible Debentures/ Market linked debentures (NCDs/MLDs).

This position plays a critical role in supporting the Treasury team's fundraising initiatives by facilitating all aspects of the Back-Office function. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate execution of processes related to banking facilities from proposal to execution of documentation, adhering to ratios set out by lenders, covenant monitoring & related reporting.

Primary Responsibility:

• Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders for gathering & analysis of data, organizing data for submission to various stakeholders
• Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders for vetting & execution of documentation for credit facilities with banks & NBFC
• Facilitation of charge creation & satisfaction of charge for securities pledged with lenders
• Ensuring facilities are rated promptly
• Covenant monitoring (i.e. co-ordination with various stakeholders for preparation of data to be provided to lenders on timely basis) for all facilities with banks & NBFCs

Secondary Responsibility:

• Well versed with documentation process related to issuance & redemption CP, NCD & MLDs (listed and unlisted) including drafting/ reviewing documents, coordinating with counterparties like IPA, DT, depositories & RTA and ensuring timely completion within set turnaround times
• Ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining security for these borrowing instruments, preparation & providing data for PAS 3 filing, corporate action & listing.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implementation

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Inter CA (preferably from a Bank/ diversified Financial Services firm).

Experience:

1-3 years experience in documentation for credit facilities. Experience in documentation for issuance of listed and unlisted NCD & CPs would be an added advantage
