Responsibilities
- Reviewing drafting and finalization of contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations company policies and playbook standards
- Liaising with and advising internal stakeholders (including business teams) to facilitate successful closure of transactions
- Identify and assess legal and business risks in contracts and escalate issues as applicable
- Negotiation of contracts with clients/vendors
- Data Analysis and assisting in preparing presentations for the Management
- Assisting in maintaining internal data sheets and other process-oriented requirements
- Strong knowledge of contracts law and sound understanding of fundamental legal concepts
- Contract review drafting and redlining skills and understanding contractual positions in line with specific service domain
- Review of contracts in alignment with organizations playbook positions and application of the mind
- Aptitude for Negotiation
- Inclined to work with attorneys from other geography and adaptability to the region-specific legal review standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with AI awareness
- Problem solver and proactive in nature
