We are seeking a Full cycle Recruiter, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with hands on experience with direct sourcing.

The primary responsibility in this role will be to build talent pipeline for critical open positions; build and manage stakeholder relationships/expectations; network with candidates and hiring managers; Manage applicant tracking system and candidate pool for maximum results. Collaborate with different team members on various projects and initiatives to support the operational and strategic goal of larger Talent Acquisition team.

This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with IT Recruitment.

Required & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of direct sourcing experience, including exposure to recruitment marketing and talent analytics, with strong expertise in Boolean/String search techniques for talent identification.
  • Experience working as a corporate recruiter or sourcer, with the ability to manage end-to-end sourcing strategies aligned to unit-level staffing plans.
  • Proven hands-on experience in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal ATS systems (preferably IBM Kenexa) for sourcing, candidate tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of Kenexa ATS workflows, including requisition tracking, candidate status updates, and maintaining data accuracy across hiring stages [NAM TA SOP | Word]
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing and pipeline strategies to meet hiring demand, while ensuring candidate validation and alignment with hiring guidelines.
  • Experience in performing market analysis, benchmarking, and hiring trend evaluation to support data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding, and effective representation of the organization in external talent markets.
  • Strong experience in reporting and data analysis, generating insights from ATS and hiring metrics to identify recruitment gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders, including hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams, to drive hiring outcomes and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring optimal sourcing channel utilization and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of process governance and audit readiness.
  • Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, maintaining data integrity within ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requirements in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfort working with recruitment systems and dashboards for operational tracking.
