Job Purpose: Associate Lead - Quality supports the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes within project operations. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with engineering standards, assisting in process improvements, and supporting the Head of Quality in achieving strategic quality objectives.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Support:
Assist in executing quality assurance processes across project sites. Ensure compliance with engineering standards by conducting inspections and reporting deviations.
Quality Control Assistance
Support the monitoring of construction quality during project execution, ensuring adherence to established standards. Collaborate with teams at third-party manufacturing locations.
Regulatory Compliance
Aid in ensuring all project operations meet regulatory requirements and certification standards. Assist in managing communication with stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
Process Improvement
Work with QA/QC teams to implement corrective actions for identified quality issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Support the Head of Quality in managing stakeholder relationships by providing necessary updates and ensuring satisfaction with quality control processes.
Documentation And Reporting
Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation and reports. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics to senior management.
Training And Development
Assist in training project teams on quality standards and procedures. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Digital Mindset
Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Work Experience
6- 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction or engineering industry.
