Associate Lead- Manual Game Tester

We are looking for an experienced Associate Lead - QA Engineer (Manual) to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our mobile games. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional, regression, performance, and live game testing, along with experience in leading QA activities and mentoring junior testers. You will work closely with game designers, developers, and product teams to deliver a high-quality gaming experience to players.

JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

Responsibility:

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple releases and features.
• Design, review, and optimize comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Perform and oversee all types of testing including:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Compatibility Testing
• Exploratory Testing
• Integration Testing
• API Testing
• Strong understanding of:
• Mobile Advertisement ecosystems and mediation platforms
• In-App Purchase systems (Google Play / App Store)
• Remote Config systems
• Asset Bundle management and validation
• API testing and backend validation
• Create detailed bug reports with proper Steps to Reproduce (STR), logs, screenshots, and videos in Jira.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Backend, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure release quality and production readiness.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in QA tools and testing methodologies.
• Learn and adhere to internal systems, tools, QA standards, and development processes.

Required:

• Experience: 8-12 yrs
• Competent gaming ability.
• An interest in and understanding of the video game industry.
• Good general PC knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good standard of written English.
• Good Leadership skills & Team Management Experience.
