Job Description

About the Position

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Associate Lead FutureTech Program to head the design, execution, and scale-up of our FutureTech vertical. This role blends strategy, innovation, and operations to drive cutting-edge skilling interventions in AI and other digital technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, team leadership skills, and a passion for democratizing tech education.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Design & Execution

  • Design comprehensive tech-based skilling programs aligned with industry and academic needs
  • Lead program planning, budgeting, and roadmap development for vertical-wide initiatives
  • Integrate AI, Cybersecurity, Full Stack/Web Development, and other emerging tech domains into higher education ecosystems

Curriculum & Content Development

  • Curate and develop customized learning content, case studies, and lab modules across technologies
  • Work with domain experts to co-create content tailored for colleges, universities, and online platforms
  • Ensure alignment with NSQF, NEP 2020, and global AI education frameworks

Institutional Partnerships & Engagement

  • Build long-term partnerships with engineering colleges, technical universities, and skilling institutions
  • Onboard and engage academic decision-makers, faculty, and training & placement cells to integrate programs
  • Act as the primary liaison between CSRBOX and educational/industry collaborators

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, trainers, and tech consultants
  • Foster a performance-driven culture, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Provide mentoring and professional development support to team members

Training, Facilitation & Mentorship

  • Deliver high-impact workshops, faculty development programs (FDPs), and bootcamps on AI and other tech domains
  • Mentor faculty and students on using AI frameworks, tools (like Python, TensorFlow, etc.), and project building
  • Ensure high engagement and measurable learning outcomes across cohorts

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Build and implement a robust M&E framework for all programs under the vertical
  • Track KPIs related to learner engagement, skill acquisition, certification, and employability outcomes
  • Present regular reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders and donors

Corporate & Industry Engagement

  • Work closely with tech companies and AI startups to co-develop use cases, internships, and placement opportunities
  • Facilitate guest lectures, industry panels, and advisory board inputs to keep programs industry-relevant

On-Ground Implementation & Travel

  • Travel across India for program launches, institutional visits, training facilitation, and event management
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks at partner institutions

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in tech-based program management, education technology, or CSR skilling verticals
  • Sound knowledge of AI, Cybersecurity, Web Development, and industry-relevant tools and platforms
  • Prior experience in managing academic partnerships, trainer networks, and multi-location program operations
  • Strong interpersonal, team management, and documentation/reporting skills

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to tools like Python, Power BI, TensorFlow, GitHub, or similar
  • Experience working with government skilling initiatives (e.g., NSDC, AICTE) is an added advantage
  • Understanding of the higher education regulatory environment
