Job Summary: Experienced Project Manger to lead SCM Projects. Expertise in SAP SCM module such as SAP IBP, SAP APO PP/DS, ePP/DS with strong Project management skills and ability to align IT solutions with Business Goals.

Key Responsibility:

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Manage end-to-end SAP SCM implementation or upgrade or Rollout projects.
4. Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
6. Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication.
7. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
9. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
10. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
11. Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
12. Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
13. Adhere to organizational and industry compliance standards.
14. Oversee transition to support teams.
15. Provide troubleshooting and maintenance guidance.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, specifically in SCM modules.
3. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
4. PMP or SAP certification preferred.
