Senior Oracle OIC Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and managing complex cloud integrations between Oracle SaaS/PaaS applications and third-party systems.

The candidate should have strong expertise in OIC Gen3, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSLT/XSD, SQL/PLSQL, FBDI and SFTP, along with good understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen3.
• Develop complex integrations, orchestrations, workflows, and process automations.
• Design, develop, consume, and secure REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work extensively with JSON, XML, WSDL, XSLT and XSD for data transformation and schema validation.
• Develop file-based integrations using FBDI, SFTP polling, and large-file processing.
• Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Follow cloud integration best practices around security, performance, error handling, logging, and deployment.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

Must Have

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on OIC experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with OIC Gen3.
• Strong REST & SOAP API development/integration experience.
• Good expertise in JSON, XML, WSDL, XSLT and XSD.
• Strong SQL & PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience with FBDI and SFTP-based integrations.
• Experience integrating Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM with external systems.
• Good understanding of OCI concepts and cloud integration architecture.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT and SSL/TLS certificate management.
• Strong debugging, monitoring and production-support capabilities.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
