Associate Landscape and Architecture

Job Summary:

As an Associate Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural team with design development, project documentation, and coordination. You will use your proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to create and manage design drawings, schedules, and reports. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD.

Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop design concepts and construction documents.

Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations of our company.

Manage and organize project documentation and schedules using Microsoft Office.

Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support project development.

Communicate effectively with site engineers, senior architects, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Contribute to the preparation of project presentations and proposals.

Assist in coordinating project activities and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an architectural role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Valid vehicular license.

Experience in Residential Architecture and Landscape is preferable.
