Role Purpose
Responsible For
- Preparing and Publishing Daily MISs (New Accounts, KYC renewals, Residence Address Change, KROC & CardOne)
- Meeting daily production requirements
- Ensuring CKYC MISs are prepared within Timelines with accuracy
Role Accountability
- Ensure accurate data/files updation & MIS for critical processes - CKYC New Accounts, renewal ,address change, KROC & CardOne
- Conduct In-depth analysis of trending and reasons of CKYC errors to ensure higher penetration (including IT coordination for error /data rectifications )
- Identify opportunities for automation /increase in accuracy /secure PII mgmt. and drive system developments - preparing BRD's , close looping the discussions with development teams , testing /implementation
- Proactively highlight aberrations in the regulatory mandate of within 10 day submissions and provide recommendations for TAT adherence/improvement
- execute end to end reconciliation of all portfolios (New Accounts, KYC Renewals, Residence Address Change) including reconciliations on :
- CKYC base
- eKYC transactions and
- QR authentication/Aadhaar masking
Measures of Success
- Accuracy %
- Process TAT (Data management TAT etc.)
- No. of process automation/improvement opportunity identified
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel ( knowledge on other data management tools will be preferred )
- Understanding of basic regulatory compliances on KYC
