Job Description
1. Ensure accurate data/files updation & MIS for critical processes - CKYC New Accounts, renewal ,address change, KROC & CardOne
2. Conduct In-depth analysis of trending and reasons of CKYC errors to ensure higher penetration (inclduing IT coordination for error /data rectifications )
3. Identify opportunities for automation /increase in accuracy /secure PII mgmt and drive system developments - preparing BRDs , close looping the discussions with development teams , testing /implementation
4. Proactively highlight aberrations in the regulatory mandate of within 10 day submissions and provide recommendations for TAT adherence/improvement
5. execute end to end reconciliation of all portfolios (NEw Accounts, KYC Renewals, Residence Address Change) including reconciliations on :
- CKYC base
- eKYC transactions and
- QR authentication/aadhaar masking
