We are hiring an Associate (3 – 4 years PQE) from a top-tier law firm for our Bangalore office, with hands-on experience in M&A, private equity/venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling such work and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams and clients.
