Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampli. In this role, the Associate will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, such as assisting with line operations, monitoring equipment, and following standard operating procedures to maintain product quality. The Associate will help with basic inspections, documentation of production data, and coordination with supervisors and technicians to address routine issues. Responsibilities may also include handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all safety and compliance guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and ensure smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in electrical or electronic production.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines accurately.
- Basic skills in documentation, record-keeping, and using common workplace tools or equipment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn new processes and tasks on the shop floor.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or ITI/Diploma in a relevant trade is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site industrial environment, with adherence to shift schedules as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other team members.
