Associate - IT

Responsibilities:

• Perform 24x7 infrastructure monitoring for servers, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and events, ensuring timely resolution of L1-level issues.
• Collaborate with Server, Network, Database, and Application Support teams during incident resolution.
• Act as a backup Major Incident Engineer during critical incidents or outages.
• Monitor Azure environments, FortiGate devices, and business-critical applications.
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow up on resolution and root cause analysis.
• Utilize monitoring tools for SQL and other databases, IIS, ASP.NET, etc.
• Maintain clear and accurate records in the ticketing system for incident and problem management.
• Participate in operational meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Communicate efficiently with global stakeholders using phone, chat, email, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain operational documentation, processes, and runbooks for standard monitoring procedures.
