The Team .
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Procurement Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets and support procurement initiatives across a global environment. This mid-level role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate asset tracking, lifecycle compliance, and cost-effective acquisition of IT infrastructure - particularly for real estate buildouts and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of ITAM expertise, procurement knowledge, and strong project coordination capabilities
How You Will Contribute
- Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.
- Support real estate technology projects by procuring laptops, networking, A/V equipment, and software needed for new offices, expansions, and relocations.
- Track and manage purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and chargebacks to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and terms in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ITAM/CMDB systems such as ServiceNow.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure software license compliance and optimize entitlements.
- Coordinate hardware maintenance contracts and vendor service delivery.
- Lead or contribute to ITAM-related audits, compliance reporting, tool implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of IT asset-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, vendor contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Strong working knowledge of IT hardware/software lifecycle, procurement processes, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with asset management tools and CMDB platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification or Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM/CHAMP).
- Project management or coordination experience.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and familiarity with enterprise-level procurement systems
