Associate - IT & Software Development (Epicor)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate - IT & Software Development, who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As an Associate within the IT & Software Development team, you will be responsible for independently performing most function tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.
What you'll deliver:
- Work to the team plan and deliver assigned tasks on time and within budget
- Track your work progress against the plan and take corrective actions when required
- Design and implement Epicor customisations across:
- Frontend (Kinetic / UI Customisation)
- Backend (BPMs, BOs, integrations, database)
- Develop Epicor workflows and automated processing using:
- Epicor BPM
- Application Studio / low code tools
- Contribute to AI-driven enhancements.
- Design, develop, or enhance custom AI frameworks.
- Implement and support overall IT infrastructure related to ERP and AI workloads
- Maintain technical documentation and records ensuring full traceability of changes
- Support business users and resolve ERP/IT issues swiftly
- Identify and resolve non conformances to minimise impact on project objectives
- Deliver work Right First Time and On Time In Full (OTIF)
- Understand business and project objectives and execute tasks within defined budgets
- Follow defined processes, SOPs, and best practices
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles in system design and automation
- Align work with defined KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
- Review KPI trends and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Actively use learning materials and participate in technical discussions and forums
- Continuously build and execute personal learning and skill enhancement plans
- Develop and implement a performance and professional growth plan
What you'll need:

- 2–4 years of total professional experience in ERP / Manufacturing IT / Software Development.
- Strong hands on experience with Epicor ERP (Frontend + Backend)
- Practical experience in Epicor Customisation & Development, including:
- Epicor Kinetic UI Customisation
- BPM (Method & Data Directives)
- Business Objects (BO)
- BAQs & Dashboards
- Application Studio
- Experience working with Epicor integration tools: REST APIs
- Strong programming skills in:
- C# / .NET
- Python
- JavaScript / Node.js
- JSON
- Basic to intermediate C++
- Strong SQL knowledge:
- Hands on experience in AI/ML development, preferably: On premise AI solutions
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and multi site networks
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100)
- Working knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma principles
- Solid foundation in emerging technologies
- Ability to identify technical risks, assess impact, and implement mitigation plans
- Flexibility to support critical activities outside normal working hours when required
