Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Documentation
- Collaborate with partners to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, operational diagrams, and manuals
- Create process maps and flowcharts to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Maintain clear and actionable specifications aligned with project goals
Testing & Validation
- Assist in the development of test cases and test plans to validate solution functionality
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Security Integration & Training
- Participate in training sessions to understand security standard practices
- Educate users on security policies and procedures related to identity provisioning
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and security teams to integrate security into provisioning workflows
Agile & SAFe Practices
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to prioritize product backlog and release scopes
- Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-sized User Stories
- Clearly express features and ensure requirements are well understood by all stakeholders
- Define and ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are met
- Participate and advise in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Provide ongoing feedback to ensure software development aligns with requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to create clear and detailed documentation (e.g., process maps, specifications)
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with IS Security
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
- Identity Provisioning or Security Certification (preferred)
