Position: Associate (2 openings)

Department: Business Development

Reporting to: General Manager

Please note : 1 opening is for day shift ( WFO ) & 1 for night shift ( remote )

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented International Sales Intern to support our export business expansion across global markets. The role will primarily focus on lead generation, cold outreach (calls & emails), and setting up meetings with potential international clients. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in international sales and gain hands-on exposure in the natural stone industry while contributing to rapid market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners across international markets (with a focus on the US, Europe, and other key regions).
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the senior sales/export team with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support aggressive market expansion.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and lead databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Draft and send professional outreach emails, introductions, and follow-ups.
  • Support the export team with client profiling, company research, and pre-meeting insights.
  • Track responses, engagement, and conversion metrics to improve outreach strategies.
  • Coordinate internally with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree (Business,
  • Marketing, International Trade, or related field preferred).
  • Strong interest in international sales, exports, and global market development.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Ability to use AI platforms for research.
  • Confidence in cold calling and email communication.
  • Ability to conduct online research and identify decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS OƯice.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be a strong advantage.
  • Prior internship or exposure to sales, business development, or exports is a plus.
  • Interest or basic understanding of the natural stone or building materials industry is beneficial.

Working Days and time

  • Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
