Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented International Sales Intern to support our export business expansion across global markets. The role will primarily focus on lead generation, cold outreach (calls & emails), and setting up meetings with potential international clients. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in international sales and gain hands-on exposure in the natural stone industry while contributing to rapid market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners across international markets (with a focus on the US, Europe, and other key regions).
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the senior sales/export team with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support aggressive market expansion.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and lead databases with accurate and timely information.
- Draft and send professional outreach emails, introductions, and follow-ups.
- Support the export team with client profiling, company research, and pre-meeting insights.
- Track responses, engagement, and conversion metrics to improve outreach strategies.
- Coordinate internally with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree (Business,
- Marketing, International Trade, or related field preferred).
- Strong interest in international sales, exports, and global market development.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to use AI platforms for research.
- Confidence in cold calling and email communication.
- Ability to conduct online research and identify decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS OƯice.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be a strong advantage.
- Prior internship or exposure to sales, business development, or exports is a plus.
- Interest or basic understanding of the natural stone or building materials industry is beneficial.

Working Days and time
- Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office)
