Associate- Interior designer (upto 6 LPA)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate – Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, with a compensation of up to 6 LPA. The role involves supporting end-to-end interior design projects, including space planning, concept development, and preparation of construction and interior drawings. The Associate – Interior Designer will coordinate FF&E selections, assist in material and finish specifications, and collaborate with senior designers, architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding requirements, preparing design presentations, updating project documentation, and ensuring that design solutions align with client expectations, budget, and brand guidelines. The role also includes site visits for measurements, supervision of installations, and quality checks to maintain design integrity.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically balanced layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into executable plans.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specifications, and coordination with suppliers.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and strong visualization skills.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to present and justify design concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in India is an advantage.
