Job Description

At Spacez, we don't just design spaces—we bring villas to life.

We're looking for someone who sits right at the intersection of creativity and execution. Someone who can imagine a space, but also figure out how to actually build it within budget, on time, and without compromising on quality.

This isn't a sit at your desk and design role. You'll be on-site, working with vendors, solving real problems, and making sure every villa goes from empty or outdated to guest-ready and stunning.

What will you be doing at Spacez

  • Design That Actually Works: Create design concepts that look great but are also practical for high-usage hospitality spaces. Turn ideas into clear, execution-ready plans (layouts, furniture, lighting, etc.). Focus on smart refurbishments—achieving maximum impact without heavy construction. Style spaces so they're fully ready for photoshoots and listings (every detail matters).
  • Sourcing & Getting Things Done: Find the right furniture, materials, and vendors that balance aesthetics and durability. Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators. Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and keep a tight handle on budgets. Coordinate deliveries and timelines so projects move fast without chaos.
  • Being On-Ground & Making It Happen: Visit sites regularly and manage on-ground execution. Work closely with vendors and small teams to get things done. Coordinate with internal teams to smoothly transition a property from work in progress to live listing. Handle live properties carefully—getting work done flawlessly without disturbing the guest experience.

  • What do you need to bring

    • Background: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in interiors, hospitality styling, or residential renovations.
    • Tools: Comfort using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Mindset: Someone who enjoys execution as much as design—you genuinely like seeing things come to life on site.
    • Flexibility: Ability to juggle multiple projects across different locations and stay organized.

  • The Details

    • Role Type: Full-time
    • Location: Bangalore (Field work—you'll be out bringing villas to life!)
    • Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with your portfolio, experience, and design-to-execution skills.
