Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Associate Interior Designer. The role involves collaborating on space planning, producing detailed construction drawings, and developing designs that meet client needs and preferences. You will assist in material selection, furniture specification (FF&E), and oversee the execution of projects to ensure alignment with design standards. Close coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors will also be a key aspect of this role to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create well-designed and functional spaces with 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop detailed project plans and technical specifications.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for selecting and specifying appropriate design elements.
• Strong project management and teamwork skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for design innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
