About the role
The Inside Sales team at WeWork is the presales team and the first point of contact with the client/potential new member. The team primarily works on leads that are generated via marketing & partnership channels. Leads are qualified over phone calls & emails and then booked in for a visit for the potential new member to meet our front end sales team at the preferred location or the opportunity is handed over to the sales team to take up further. This team works towards qualified sales pipeline generation across all our regions for all WeWork products primarily Private Offices & our Co working solutions.
Responsibilities
. Front-end the Sales process as the first point of contact for all prospective newmembers looking for desks in our workspaces.
. Explain the product or service to potential customers while communicating theWeWork brand
. Develop and nurture leads through sales processes from marketing campaigns andadvertisements across various platforms to ensure the highest conversion rate ofbooked tours.
. Deliver scripted sales pitch and customize it, wherever needed, to meet needs ofspecific individuals through phone calls & emails.
. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
. Strategic pipeline building for priority buildings/markets
. Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
. Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy
. Work on maintaining data hygiene on the Sales CRM Platform (Salesforce) toefficiently track data
. Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growingsales targets
Experience and Qualifications
. Bachelor's Degree
. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Preferably in Inside sales/BusinessDevelopment)
. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
. Experience in prospecting and developing sales including outbound calling andemailing
. Exceptional organization skills to deal with copious amounts of data
. Prior experience in Inside sales, customer service and relationship building ispreferred
. Experience of working on Sales CRM Softwares like Salesforce is an added advantage
