Job Description

Position: Associate Inside Sales – Financial Services 

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years 

Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, an MBA or a Diploma in Finance. 

About the Role :

We are looking for an Associate – Inside Sales to help drive lead generation, qualification and meeting conversions for the sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and pass qualified opportunities to Business Managers to support closures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys conversations, works well in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a strong career in sales. 

We are actively hiring for 10+ positions on an immediate basis. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our team for the next steps in the hiring process. 

What You'll Do :

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp. 
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on fit. 
  • Generate qualified meetings and hand over relevant opportunities to Business Managers. 
  • Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes, follow-ups and opportunity status. 
  • Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and well-prepared meetings. 
  • Consistently deliver on outreach, qualification and meeting-generation targets. 

  • What We're Looking For :

    • 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development or similar roles. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage business owners and decision-makers. 
    • Comfortable with outbound calling, objection handling and consistent follow-ups. 
    • Experience in Lending, Fintech, NBFC, BFSI, Insurance or B2B SaaS will be preferred. Exposure to B2B finance-related services or loan selling will be an added advantage. 
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with discipline, ownership and consistency. 
    • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM will be an advantage.
