Role Overview

At Inito, conversations are as important as content. Every comment, question, and discussion across our social media is an opportunity to educate and build trust.

As an ORM Associate, you will play a key role in managing Inito's online presence by engaging with users across social media platforms and helping shape how the brand participates in fertility discussions online.

You'll be a part of Inito's Marketing and User Insight Team and work closely with the Community Team as well. The focus will be on community engagement, brand reputation management, and social listening.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (1-2 years of experience) who wants to:

  • Work at the intersection of social media and brand communication
  • Develop a strong understanding of user sentiment and community engagement
  • Learn how to analyze conversations, trends, and topics across social platforms
  • Build expertise in the U.S. market and expand your professional skillset

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement (Social Media & Reviews)

  • You will manage the brand's reputation across public platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and review platforms, ensuring all interactions reflect a warm, empathetic, and brand-aligned tone.
  • You will also be responsible for expanding the brand's presence, ensuring visibility to potential customers
  • You will strategize responses during crisis situations and identify conversations that require escalation to internal teams (medical, support, or growth)

2. Social Listening

  • You'll be using our ORM tool to monitor conversations and sentiment while setting up processes to streamline reporting and gather clear insights.
  • You will track conversations around fertility, hormone tracking, and competitors, turning both quantitative and qualitative insights into efficient reports and decks to inform the internal team
  • You will use your expertise from social listening to give inputs for user insights, brand, growth, and product teams.

3. Reporting

  • You will monitor and analyze conversations and engagement, creating reports that highlight performance and benchmark the brand against competitors.
  • You will benchmark brand performance against competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will provide recommendations based on data to inform content, engagement, and reputation strategies.
